Worn – Fully Functional with Visible Wear
Your device works perfectly but shows noticeable cosmetic wear.
All features work (touchscreen, battery, buttons, camera, etc.)
Visible wear: scratches, scuffs, dents, or small chips on frame, back, or screen
No cracked screens (cracks move the device to the Faulty category)
Use this category for devices that look used but perform normally.
Faulty – Minor Issues, Still Usable
Your device has some problems but remains operational.
Functionality issues: e.g., low battery health, broken button, faulty camera, or microphone
Minor screen issues: discoloration (white spots, dead pixels, image burn), touch sensitivity issues, or cracks
Cosmetic damage: cracks on the frame/back/screen, loose parts, or broken camera glass
Use this category if the phone turns on and works, but not everything functions properly.
Broken – Major Issues, Not Fully Functional
Your device is non-functional or heavily damaged.
Does not power on, or only works when plugged in
Severe screen damage: blank display or large unusable areas
Major structural damage: bent/deformed frame, broken internal parts
Swollen battery – any signs of bulging make the device unsafe and can not be sent in!
